MA/LPN (FT, 40 hrs/wk., Monday-Friday 7:30/8am-4:30/5pm)

Seeking energetic team player with strong work ethic that enjoys a fast pace. Must have over one year previous MA/LPN experience including surgery experience, strong multi-tasking skills, and the ability to handle stress effectively. Must be able to schedule surgeries and procedures, EOB’s, and return messages. Must also be highly organized with excellent customer service and computer skills. Candidate must be able to room patients along with other back office duties.

Reimbursement Supervisor

Reimbursement Supervisor FT, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday days

Seeking experienced healthcare reimbursement supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising and overseeing daily operations, experience with medical billing and payer reimbursement; including, Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, PPO and HMO payers. Must be familiar with payer reimbursement strategies and claim software edits with the ability and knowledge of how to implement counter-strategies to enhance overall reimbursement. CPT and ICD-9 coding background required to provide feedback regarding denials related to coding.
