The South Bend Clinic has 530 employees, more than 100 physicians and 12 mid-level and allied health providers. We have 16 full-time medical offices. We are the area's only multi-specialty medical group. The South Bend Clinic is physician-owned and governed. All of our physicians are Board Certified or Board Eligible. We offer an Associate partner a first-year guarantee and, with a 2/3 vote of the partnership, full partnership without seniority or a buy-in.
