Lindsay Clark has been a Clinical Esthetician since 2002. She is a certified Starlux Laser Technician as well as certified by Thermage to perform skin tightening procedures. Lindsay also performs microdermabrasion and chemical peels for skin rejuvenation, laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, photo rejuvenation, and assists Dr. Holly Harris in a wide array of cosmetic services. Lindsay Clark joined the South Bend Clinic in 2008 to work under Dr. Holly Harris and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in aesthetics.

Jill Maddox, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at Indiana University South Bend, completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Valparaiso University, and is Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She also practiced as a full-time critical care staff nurse for eight years, with the last three years in the Intensive Care Unit at Memorial Hospital South Bend. Her expertise in dermatology is achieved through physician-supervised specialty training and independent continuing education activities.

Kara is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Dietetics and will completed her M.B.A. in 2010 at Indiana Wesleyan University. She has a special interest in individualizing nutrition therapy to improve the quality of life for all ages. She will see patients at our main campus and at our Granger and Portage locations.

Melissa Setser has been a Clinical Aesthetician since 2005. Melissa was certified as a Laser Technician in 2006 by Palomar and has treated numerous patients with the Starlux laser. She has experience using IPL for permanent hair reduction, IPL for brown, sun-damaged spots and fine, red blood vessels, and fractional skin resurfacing for fine lines and scarring. Melissa has also performed many microdermabrasions and chemical peels for skin rejuvenation. Additionally, Melissa has been certified to perform Thermage skin tightening procedures.
She joined the South Bend Clinic in 2008 to work under the direction of Dr's. Mayfield and Rozycki to provide the highest quality cosmetic services.
