I have a pas­sion for well­ness. I want to help all of my patients be as edu­cat­ed and engaged as they allow them­selves to be in nutri­tion, func­tion­al fit­ness, dis­ease pre­ven­tion or mit­i­ga­tion, and max­i­miz­ing their health.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spend­ing time with my hus­band and five chil­dren, run­ning and strength train­ing, cre­ative writ­ing, and mas­ter­ing my Instant Pot.
