I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who greatly enjoys my work. I enjoy helping my clients reach their own goals and feel more satisfied with their lives. I work with my clients as a member of their team and learn from each client what they hope to achieve and change. I enjoy working with people of all ages and have twenty years of experience in a variety of settings. 

Areas of specific interest are mood disorders, anxiety and stress management, parenting concerns, women's issues, and grief and loss issues. In my free time, I love to hike with my dogs, Claude and Finn, in local parks. I also have family that I spend a great deal of time with. I enjoy sporting events, good local food, and music events. I love to travel and do so whenever time allows. 

My life philosophy is to enjoy every minute that I am given, try to give back, and try and see the good wherever life takes me.
