Philosophy of Care

My practice style is based on forming a personalized connection with patients. I enjoy working with a strong medical team that includes patients and their families. This way we can form a personalized care plan for each patient. I enjoy the teaching aspect of medical care and take time to really understand a patient's life situation to best help support and tailor teaching strategies for each patient.

I enjoy many outdoor activities like walking, hiking, kayaking, Ultimate frisbee, biking, pickleball. I love going to live music concerts and art museums. I do some of my own art work and love scouring the library for good books to read. I especially like spending active time with my family, friends and two dogs!
