"Miss Shameka & NP Autumn went out of their way in my opinion to make me feel welcomed and really cared for . Miss Shameka walked me in examine room , took vitals and asked how I have been feeling g since initial 1st visit approximately 3 months ago. She had concern for me and my health and wanted to know if I had any concerns of my own she could relate to My provider. Just made me feel so at ease seeing a "New care provider after more than 10 years with my last. Once Miss Autumn came in , I felt heard and very special. She was a great listener and a great speaker on how to see my conditions in a way that I was able to grasp. She spent a lot of time explaining every question I asked of her and made sure I was understanding of the answers she explained to me, and with some , she knew I wasn't grasping it , in her special way of making sure I did. She managed to find simpler ways for me to "get it". I was really worried I wouldn't feel comfortable at clinic, but after this visit I think I have found a great duo with Miss Autumn & Miss Shameka! Could not be happier ."
