I am an experienced and seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about wellness and providing a non-judgmental and safe environment for all individuals. I have enormous compassion for people going through life’s challenges and/or transitions. I recognize the importance of building relationships that allow individuals to establish realistic and attainable goals. I have an eclectic approach to counseling, using a strengths-based approach, cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered, trauma-informed, and creative therapeutic approaches that recognize and respect the uniqueness of each individual’s journey of healing and growth.

Personal Interests

To practice self-care, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, traveling, creating, kayaking, and going on adventures with our rescue pup, Anna Belle. I love reading and enjoy being a life-long learner as I continue to seek new opportunities to expand my knowledge and clinical skills.
