Just felt rushed
Felt rushed. After waiting almost an hour for an appointment that is less than 10 minutes. Super disappointed with the AI recording, even after asking it be turned off. Also, HUGE HIPPA concern with the exam room. I could completely hear entire conversions with other patients in other exam rooms and also staff in the hallway. Felt like very little privacy for others and myself. This needs to be fixed. My questions were answered and options offered for treatment. The whole experience felt disconnected, late, rushed, and disappointing. It seemed like what I was saying wasn't actually being listened to.
Dr. Basham is the best provider. She's so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful at every appointment. I always feel seen and heard by her. I don't have enough good things to say about her!
