Hav­ing worked in the fam­i­ly prac­tice field for over a decade, my favorite vis­its were always der­ma­tol­ogy-relat­ed. Our work in der­ma­tol­ogy is more than skin-deep! Whether it is a new patient rou­tine skin check or a fol­low-up vis­it with a patient I’ve been see­ing for years, I enjoy learn­ing the nuances of care with each patient. No two peo­ple are alike, and every vis­it is an adventure.

I love to trav­el with my fam­i­ly, par­tic­u­lar­ly to places we get to explore and hike. Road trips are my favorite! I have been involved in ath­let­ics (soft­ball, pow­er­lift­ing and strong­man) most of my life, and look for­ward to con­tin­u­ing on a com­pet­i­tive path as long as I’m phys­i­cal­ly able.
