I chose fam­i­ly med­i­cine because I love doing every­thing in med­i­cine: all dif­fer­ent ages and types of problems.

Personal Interests

I spend a lot of time with my grow­ing fam­i­ly. We love to hike, ride bikes, play games and sports, and read books (espe­cial­ly Har­ry Pot­ter). On my own I like to make music (play­ing gui­tar or piano, and singing in choir at my church), exer­cise, do projects around the house, and spend time with friends.

"Dr Cassady is excellent at laying out the facts and recommendations and then at letting me, the patient make up my own mind about how to proceed. Even if I do not pursue a course of treatment that he is recommending, he is respectful and is not offended by my choices. Some doctors try to brow beat their patients and force them to doing things. Dr Cassady does not. This is a very positive quality and establishes long term trust with the patient."
