Shannon was very patient and very thorough in dealing with my problem. She's great!

Shannon is a very kind nurse that really listened to my concerns and fears about trying birth control. She explained every single one, and It helped me feel a lot better with trying one that will work best for me. Especially being a heavier person she understood why it was difficult for me. She still showed concern and reassured me that if I don't like a certain one I can always try another

The receptionist was very rude and not at all professional. I needed to schedule my next appointment for 4 weeks out. She was very adamant that I have to stick to the schedule of appointments but due to the doctors schedule she demanded I schedule 5 weeks out. I couldn't make the time work that was available due to work. She made a rude comment when I told her the reason I couldn't make the appointment time. She told me that other patients also work in an inappropriate tone. She later implied that I was not taking into consideration the health of my baby. It was very hurtful and inappropriate. I truly wasn't trying to be difficult and I wanted to schedule an appointment. I still haven't heard back from the office for setting one up as they were going to ask the doctor if they could squeeze me in during the 4 week mark and not the 5 week mark that the receptionist was demanding. Everything else about the visit was fantastic and I love it so much. It was a very hurtful interaction that has made me wary of any upcoming visits.

I love her! She's so sweet and professional. Everyone at this clinic is amazing and they always make me feel safe.
