I bring a kind, gentle curiosity to my work with children and parents. Mr. Rogers said that anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.” I work hard to create a safe place where people can be vulnerable – whether that’s a child who needs some tools to manage big feelings or a parent who is looking for tools to improve their relationship with their child.

Clinical Interests

I specialize in building emotion regulation skills for children and adolescents by giving specific coping tools and looking at the connections between thoughts, feelings, and actions. I also specialize in behavior modification tools for both children and parents.

Personal Interests

Spending time with family, playing with our dogs, board games, video games, cooking, church
