Susan Snider is very informative and easy to talk with.
Love Susan, she's very kind and caring!
Didn't keep track of wait time but not really very long. Susan is great.
My appointment was initially scheduled with Dr. Delnay on February 12th but the office called me & said they needed to reschedule, however it wouldn't be until May before I could see her. They told me that I could see Susan Snider the NP on March 25th. I had never seen her before but I took the appointment as I had several concerns & it was a year since I had been seen. I liked her the minute she walked into the room. She was very upbeat and professional. She was east to talk to and she made me feel comfortable as well. I have another appointment with her in May and I am looking forward to that visit. Also. The lady who came into the room first to review meds & medical history with me was very pleasant also. I don't know her title but her name was Amanda.
I really clicked with the nurse and the NP. Very personable and professional.
