Getting to know my patients is something I enjoy because I feel that it gives me a better sense of how their physical, mental, and social health impacts their risk factors for disease and their potential for wellness.

I enjoy educating my patients about their health and prevention of disease. I see a range of patients in the office from newborns to geriatrics. The best part of my practice is seeing my patients empowered by knowing more about how to take better care of themselves.
I love to spend time with my husband and our two daughters. We enjoy water sports and being outside in the spring and summer. We have lots of family in town and get together often.
