Kind and knowledgeable, but hurried
Very through and pleasant.
Not getting help and quitting was not on the menu. However, being patient, trusting, and caring was. Getting to the bottom of the problem was the objective, and we unreluctantly and undoubtedly achieved the goal. I wish that I had more thumbs because two is not enough. After discussing options NP acceded to my preference for less aggressive treatment.
