My approach to patient care is about building trusting relationships with my patients and addressing their physical, mental, and social concerns. I strive to create a space where patients are supported and feel heard through empathy and understanding. It is vital to clearly explain medicine in a way that someone understands and is educated on evidence-based options and available community recourses for symptomatic improvement and treatment. Ultimately, I intend to use shared decision-making to create a plan with my patients to improve their health.

Family Medicine: Preventative medicine, mental health, diabetes, weight loss, newborn and adolescent care, women's health, IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon insertion and removal, and osteopathic manipulative treatment.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy anything that allows me to spend quality time with family and friends. I love being outdoors, doing water sports, hiking, geocaching, traveling, creating arts and crafts, building puzzles, watching movies, and singing.
