My appointment experiences have always gone very well and I'm very confident in my doctor's care. What happened at this appointment was no one told me they were running behind because of short staffing. I believe the receptionists should be informed of such delays so they can let patients know when they check in. I had a ride with Real Services and wasn't able to let them know why I was over an hour at my appointment while the driver was waiting.
