About Jaroslaw Kuna, MD

Philosophy of Care

Primary care is a long relationship. I am committed to being a trusted, consistent presence through every stage of my patients' lives, coordinating their care across specialists and settings, and advocating for them within the health care system. My goal is not only to treat illness, but to help people live healthier, more resilient, and more fulfilling lives.

Clinical Interests
My special interests in primary care include the long-term management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, along with preventive medicine and caring for patients across all stages of life. With my background in urgent care, I'm comfortable managing acute concerns, and I value building lasting, trusting relationships with my patients.
Personal Interests
Outside of medicine, I'm happiest when I'm active and exploring. I love hiking, whether it's a quiet trail close to home or a trip to somewhere new, and I stay consistent with strength training and workouts at the gym, which keep me energized for both work and family life. Scuba diving is a favorite passion of mine, and I enjoy the calm and wonder of being underwater. In the winter, I look forward to skiing with my family, and those days on the slopes are some of my best memories. Traveling ties it all together, and I love experiencing new places, cultures, and adventures, especially when I can share them with the people I care about most.
