The first thing to any successful patient interaction is trust, which can be difficult as every patient is different. I hope the trust I foster is based on how well I treat what they are there for, in combination with wanting to get to know them on more of a personal level. The combination leads to better outcomes as their trust in me allows them to be fully honest about all the factors that led them to see me that day. When I establish this trust, treating the patient becomes a collaborative effort rather than me telling them what they need to do. Understanding the treatment makes compliance much greater, and results follow. Trust often is built over time, but when it is achieved, positive outcomes occur.

I am particularly interested in primary care, especially as an office-based primary care provider. This aligns with the majority of my experience, as my work in the emergency room and urgent care settings has entailed a substantial amount of primary care.
I like to exercise and play golf. I enjoy traveling, especially with my family. I enjoy watching sports, most notably Notre Dame. I enjoy any free time with my family and participating in activities my daughter participates in. I do enjoy playing video games.

I felt very comfortable with Sean Horner. He listened to me when I spoke and since I am going to be his patient he wanted to make sure everything in my records was correct, which is very important to me to build a good relationship.
Wonderful experience
I'm new patient with a lot of specialty needs and I was greatly pleased with Horner attentiveness to my concerns and he was empathetic I was a mess but after the visit I was very hopeful so no complaints but on the phone I'm unsure as to which receptionist it was but I did NOT like her service she was rude by rushing me n not listening to understand what I tried to explain
We had no wait, were called back immediately and the provider was in the room in less than 5 minutes. Very good experience!
Sean seen me because Dr Albright was out and he listened to my issues and was willing to help fix the problem. Bed side manor is top tier. Thank you!
