Zhiquan Zhao, MD, FACOG

Dr. Zhao was born and raised Chi­na. He earned his med­ical degree and com­plet­ed his res­i­den­cy pro­gram in Chi­na before com­plet­ing a research fel­low­ship at Memo­r­i­al Sloan-Ket­ting Can­cer Cen­ter in New York City. He com­plet­ed a sec­ond res­i­den­cy in Obstet­rics and Gyne­col­o­gy at Wayne State Uni­ver­si­ty in Detroit, Michi­gan. He is a mem­ber of the Amer­i­can Board of Obstet­rics & Gyne­col­o­gy and is board-cer­ti­fied in Obstet­rics and Gynecology.

In addi­tion to Obstet­rics & Gyne­col­o­gy, Dr. Zhao spe­cial­izes in urog­y­ne­col­o­gy with a spe­cial inter­est in treat­ing pelvic pro­lapse and uri­nary incon­ti­nence. As a cer­ti­fied DaVin­ci robot­ic sur­geon, he is able to pro­vide min­i­mal­ly inva­sive procedures.
