Stephanie L. Cross, NP-C

I am a nation­al­ly board-cer­ti­fied adult-geron­tol­ogy pri­ma­ry care nurse prac­ti­tion­er with the Amer­i­can Asso­ci­a­tion of Nurse Prac­ti­tion­ers. My nurs­ing career began in 2008, but I have been in health­care since age 16. My expe­ri­ence includes 2 years in post-sur­gi­cal care, 11 years in crit­i­cal care/​cardiovascular inten­sive care, and the past 2 years as a nurse prac­ti­tion­er in car­dio­tho­racic surgery. Through­out my career in health­care, I have enjoyed devel­op­ing the patient-provider rela­tion­ship and treat­ing each patient as a part­ner, and togeth­er, we work towards a com­mon goal. I want to approach each patient and their health con­cerns, as a unique enti­ty and incor­po­rate my strengths into pro­vid­ing per­son­al­ized care for my patients.
