My goal is to teach my patients and their families how to adopt a healthy physical and mental lifestyle while having fun along the way. Building relationships with my patients and their families while watching them grow and thrive as I support their health is the best part of my job.

I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and son while traveling, exploring new places, or just enjoying our time together at home. My family enjoys being active outdoors, whether biking, playing tennis, skiing, hiking, or walking around the neighborhood. My husband and I can often be found in the middle of a home improvement project, and we are slowly transforming our home one room at a time. I also enjoy baking, cake decorating, gardening, puzzles, reading, crafting, and playing the piano.

She explains things thoroughly and with as much or as little detail as you'd like to feel confident in your decision for your child. She remembers your children- things that aren't just written in their chart. She never dismisses your concerns (even if you know you're likely overly anxious about something). She explains things to the point that you just naturally feel at ease and the unnecessary worry is gone while you still feel heard.
